DETROIT LAKES,
Minn. — Motorists on Highway 113 near the village of Elbow Lake
will experience lane closures and delays starting Tuesday, Oct. 30, during
a culvert replacement project.
Traffic will be
reduced to a single lane while work is in progress. The project is expected to
take about one week.
The Minnesota
Department of Transportation urges motorists to always drive with caution,
slow down in work zones and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
