BEMIDJI,
Minn. – Motorists on Highway 2 east of Fosston will experience daytime
lane shifts beginning Monday, May 11, as crews begin resurfacing work on
eastbound Highway 2.
Eastbound traffic will be switched to the westbound side of Highway 2, with head-to-head traffic occurring.
Crews
will resurface eastbound Highway 2 from Fosston to four miles east of
town. The project will also include the construction of three new
eastbound turn lanes, and culvert work.
Work will conclude in mid-July, weather permitting.
Drivers are urged to slow down to posted speeds in work zones.
