BEMIDJI,
Minn. – Motorists at the intersection of Highway 11 and Highway 313 in Warroad
will see short delays as signs on the light standards are changed Sept. 15.
Crews
will be working to change out signs on the signal masts. While this work is
being done, all lights at the intersection will be flashing red. All cars
should come to a 4-way stop and proceed with caution through the work zone.
All work
should be concluded by the end of the day.
