Section of 32nd Ave. to close April 13 for construction in West Fargo

WEST FARGO, N.D. – The two-lane rural section of 32nd Ave. that spans from Sheyenne St. to Veterans Blvd. will be reconstructed into a four-lane divided roadway beginning April 13, 2015.

The project will be done in two phases. Phase I begins April 13 and will involve the closure from Sheyenne St. to Bluestem Dr. Through traffic will be detoured to 40th Ave. Local traffic will be allowed access to Bluestem Dr. until July 1. At that time, the remaining portion will close for Phase II.

Temporary access will be provided to homes along the Sheyenne River. Prairie Heights Church will be accessible from 34th Ave. E. via a temporary access road. Message boards and traffic controls for detour will be set up today to notify the traveling public.

The project is scheduled for completion on October 15, 2015. Please see attached map for additional information.
